Floriology Studio
Floral design begins with your story
Artistic wedding florals, thoughtfully designed for meaningful moments.
Each wedding is approached with care and intention, creating bespoke arrangements that feel personal, considered, and quietly beautiful. From delicate bouquets to immersive ceremony and reception florals, every detail is purposefully shaped to reflect you.
Whether your vision is timeless and romantic or modern and expressive, the designs are guided by the natural rhythm of the season. Colour, texture, and movement are carefully balanced to create an effortless sense of harmony. Flowers are chosen not only for their beauty, but for how they make a space feel.
The process is calm, collaborative, and centred around your ideas. Time is taken to listen, refine, and carefully bring your vision to life. The result is florals that feel natural, meaningful, and deeply connected to the moments they surround.
Each floral choice is made with intention, allowing the designs to feel effortless rather than overworked. Subtle details and natural textures are embraced to create a sense of elegance. The aim is always to enhance your day without ever overwhelming it. Long after the flowers have faded, the feeling they create remains.
HOW DOES THE WEDDING BOOKING PROCESS WORK?
To begin, please complete the Wedding Enquiry form. Once received, I will contact you to confirm my availability and discuss your wedding, ideas and requirements in more detail.
Following this conversation, a quotation will be prepared and sent to you for approval. If you are happy to proceed, a booking deposit will be required to secure your date.
You are welcome to make contact at any point in the lead-up to your wedding, should questions arise, or finer details change. At around six weeks before your wedding date, final arrangements will be confirmed, with the remaining balance due four weeks prior to your wedding – and then it’s simply a matter of looking forward to the day itself!
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK?
You can begin the booking process as soon as you have an outline of your wedding, usually around 12 months before your big day. This outline should include: number of bridesmaids, flower girls, groomsmen and an estimate of guest numbers. Plus, your ceremony and reception locations, and a general idea of table layout – as this influences the style of arrangement.
With these intial details I can provide a preliminary quotation including the bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, button holes and table decor.
The finer details, from colour palettes to seasonal blooms can be finalised closer to your wedding day.
HOW MUCH DO WEDDING FLOWERS COST?
Every wedding is unique, so it’s not possible to provide a fixed price for flowers. Costs vary depending on the style you choose – some couples prefer loose, wild arrangements, while others favour more compact designs. The size of your bridal party also plays a role – more bridesmaids, and groomsmen means additional bouquets, corsages, and buttonholes.
Ceremony and reception requirements, including the number of tables, arrangements and their style will also influence the final cost. Colours and seasonality can have an impact too, flowers around Christmas, Valentines Day and Mothers Day may be slightly more expensive.
DO YOU OFFER WEDDING FLOWER PACKAGES?
No, I don’t offer pre-set wedding flower packages. From experience, these rarely suit every couple as each wedding is entirely unique. From colour and bloom preferences, to bridal party sizes and ceremony spaces and reception layouts, personalised florals ensure every arrangement is thoughtfully designed to suit you and your day perfectly.
Instead of pre-set packages, I work closely with each couple to understand vision, requirements and the best way to use and re-purpose flowers throughout the day. This collaborative approach allows me to create cohesive designs that flow seamlessly from the ceremony to the reception, reflecting your style and the atmosphere you want to create for your wedding day.
From Enquiry to Creation
Once your enquiry form is submitted, the journey to your wedding flowers begins. You’ll receive an email to arrange a phone call at a time that suits you, a personal conversation which creates space to discuss your ideas and preferences. During this consultation, your vision will be explored in detail, and a tailored quotation can then be provided based on your floral needs.
